Mark McGill - Umpire in Chief
Mark has been a Little League volunteer umpire for 42 years.
He has attended the Little League umpire school in Williamsport, PA and is also a state board certified high school and college
baseball umpire. Besides District, Section, and State tournaments, Mark has umpired the European Baseball and Softball
Regionals in all divisions, and Senior Softball Regionals in both Connecticut and its new home Worcester, MA. In 2003 Mark was
selected for the Junior Softball World Series in Kirkland, Washington.
In 2005 Mark was selected for the Baseball Eastern Regionals, in Bristol, CT.
Dean Harris - District 4 Massachusetts
Dean has been a volunteer youth baseball umpire since 1977. He has
attended the Little League Umpire School in Bristol, CT. Dean started
umpiring softball in 2001, officiating in Major, Junior and Senior Divisions.
Dean was chosen to umpire the State Tournament in 2002, and 2005 - 2008.
He was also selected to umpire in the 2005 Senior Eastern Regional
Tournament and umpired behind the plate in the championship game. In
2006, Dean was chosen to umpire the Big League Softball World Series in
Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 2007, he was selected to umpire in the
Massachusetts Major Division Baseball State tournament and the Eastern
Regional Baseball tournament, in Bristol, CT.
Tom Soccio - District 5 Pennsylvania
Tom comes to us from Lewiston, Pennsylvania Dt. 5.  He has been umpiring
Little League Baseball for 21 years in several leagues.  Tom has been
umpiring Little League Softball for 15 years in Mifflin County.  Additionally he
has umpired 11 years PIAA (high school) softball and 10 years ASA Jr.
Olympic fast pitch softball.  He has attended Little League Umpire School
and 2 weekend clinics in Williamsport, PA.  Tom has also attended the ASA
National Umpire School.  Tom is the rules interpreter for his local high school
softball chapter.  Tom has umpired at the district, sectional, and state level
for 9-10 through senior division.  In 2007 he was selected to umpire the
Eastern Region Major division in Albany, New York.
Steve Gustafson - District 4 Massachusetts
Steve has been umpiring Little League baseball and softball for 16 years. He
had been the Rutland Massachusetts Umpire-in-Chief for the past 11 years.
Besides his league games, Steve has umpired the district tournaments for
the last 10 years and the state softball tournament 6 times. In 2006, Steve
was chosen to umpire the Little League Majors Softball Eastern Regional in
Albany, NY. This year he will umpire at the Junior Softball World Series in
Kirkland, WA.
Chip Seeley - District 3 Delaware
Chip has been umpiring since 1981 in Pennsylvania.  In 2002 he began
umpiring in Delaware Dt. 3 in both baseball and softball.  Beginning in 2003
he umpired in district tournaments from minor league through big league.  
He continues to serve as a member of the Sr. Softball World Series
Committee which began in 2006. In 2007 Chip was the District Tournament
Director. Chip is the Millsboro, Delaware softball Umpire-in –Chief and board
member.
Paul Maroni - District 3 Massachusetts
Paul has umpired in the Chuck Stone Little League for 18 years in baseball
and all divisions of softball. He has also umpired in District, Section, and
State championship softball tournaments in all levels.  In 2007 Paul was
selected to umpire the inaugural Eastern Regional Senior Softball
tournament.  Paul returns this year as an alumnus.  This year he has been
selected to umpire in the Eastern Regional Junior Softball tournament to be
held in Syracuse, NY.
James Haibon - District 3 Massachusetts
Jim has been a volunteer baseball umpire since 1996 and softball since
2004 for District 3.  He has attended the Little League Umpire School in
Bristol, CT.  He has served as a member of the Board of Directors and
Umpire –in-Chief for the Orange Little League as well as the Athol Little
League.  Jim has umpired in the State Softball tournament in addition, this
year he will be umpiring in the State Baseball tournament.  In 2007 he
umpired in the Eastern Regional Senior Softball tournament and was
selected by East Region Headquarters to do this tournament again.
Rusty Curll - District 4 Massachusetts
Rusty has been involved in Little League softball for 15 years. He has been a
certified Little League umpire in baseball and softball for 15 years. Besides
league and district tournaments, Rusty has umpired sectional and state
softball tournaments five times.  Rusty will be returning this year as an
alumnus.
Ken Rauktis - District 3 Massachusetts
Ken has umpired softball for 17 years and baseball for 10 years. He has
umpired both sports for Little League, High School and College level games.
In addition, Ken has umpired numerous All Star Tournaments for both
baseball and softball at both the district and state levels.  Ken was with us in
our inaugural year and returns this year as an alumnus.
Jonathan Huff – District 6 Maine
Jon has been involved with Westbrook Little League for 10 years.  He has
attended the State of Maine Umpires’ Clinic hosted annually by District 6.  
Jon has umpired in 8 district tournaments and 7 state tournaments.  In 2005,
Jon umpired at the Little League Major Softball Eastern Regional tournament
in Albany, NY.
Mary Stanton – District 4 Massachusetts
Mary began volunteering in youth softball in 1989 as a coach.  Her umpiring
career began in 2000.  She has umpired in all levels of softball at the district,
sectional, and state tournaments.  This year she will add Eastern Regional
Senior Softball to her list of accomplishments.
Mike Goulet - District 5 Massachusetts
Mike has been involved with the Grafton Little League for 17 years.  He was
ASA certified in 1981 and has been a Little League umpire for 12 years.  
Mike was also certified by the Worcester Area Board of Umpires in 2004.  
Mike has umpired in the district final and sectional softball games for District
4 for the last two years.  Mike was with us in our inaugural year and returns
this year as an alumnus.
Jay Kelley – District  4 Massachusetts
Jay has been umpiring softball for 5 years.  He has umpired games at the
Major, Junior, and Senior level, as well as at the High School level. He holds
certificates as both a High School and ASA umpire.  He is a member of the
Worcester Area Baseball Umpire Association.  Jay worked in the 2007
District, Sectional and State Softball Tournaments.  This year he will add
Eastern Regional Senior Softball Tournament to his resume.
Bruce Spring - District 3 Massachusetts
Bruce has been umpiring for Little League in all divisions at all levels for the
past 21 years.  His accomplishments include: 7 yrs. District, Sectional, and
State softball tournaments at the major, junior, and senior levels.  He has
umpired in 3 Senior Softball East Regional tournaments in Connecticut.  In
2000, Bruce umpired in the Major Softball World Series held in Portland, OR.
 Bruce also umpires ASA and High School for the last 9 yrs.  This includes
Division Championship games and district play-off games for 2 yrs.
