Mark McGill - Umpire in Chief Mark has been a Little League volunteer umpire for 43 years. He has attended the Little League umpire school in Williamsport, PA and is also a state board certified high school and college baseball umpire. Besides District, Section, and State tournaments, Mark has umpired the European Baseball and Softball Regionals in all divisions, and Senior Softball Regionals in both Connecticut and its new home Worcester, MA. In 2003 Mark was selected for the Junior Softball World Series in Kirkland, Washington. In 2005 Mark was selected for the Baseball Eastern Regionals, in Bristol, CT. This year he will umpire in the Little League Softball World Series Major Division in Portland, OR.

Dean Harris - District 4 Massachusetts Dean has been a volunteer youth baseball umpire since 1977. He has attended the Little League Umpire School in Bristol, CT. Dean started umpiring softball in 2001, officiating in Major, Junior and Senior Divisions. Dean was chosen to umpire the State Softball Tournament in 2002, and 2005-2009. He was also selected to umpire in the 2005 Senior Eastern Regional Tournament and umpired behind the plate in the championship game. In 2006, Dean was chosen to umpire the Big League Softball World Series in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 2007, he was selected to umpire in the Massachusetts Major Division Baseball State tournament and the Eastern Regional Baseball tournament, in Bristol, CT.

James Robinson District 8 Maryland Jim started umpiring in 1982. In the last few years he has concentrated on softball and has done all levels of Maryland State Tournaments. In 2008 he was selected and worked the Junior Girls Eastern Region Softball Tournament in Syracuse, NY. In addition to Little League he is a Maryland certified high school softball umpire and USSSA umpire. He has held every administrative position in Delmar Little League and was District Administrator of Maryland District 8 from 1997-2005. He has since retired that position in order to be able to do more upper level umpiring in Little League.

Jeff Rissala District 4 Maine Jeff has been a Saco Little League volunteer umpire for 8 years. He attends the Bristol & Windham Me seminars yearly as an off season refresher. Jeff has umpired at the District and State Level for both baseball and softball. In 2008 Jeff umpired in the Big League Regionals in West Haven, Ct.

Chuck Stimson District 15 Pennsylvania Canton Area Little League Umpire-in-Chief Chuck has been a Little League volunteer umpire for 12 years. He has attended the Little League Umpire School in Bristol, Connecticut, as well as other clinics in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Besides umpiring districts, sectionals, and states at the local level, Chuck has umpired at the Little League Softball Regional Tournament in Albany, New York in 2007 and 2008. Chuck also helps to run umpire clinics at his district level.

Paul Maroni - District 3 Massachusetts Paul has umpired in the Chuck Stone Little League for 18 years in baseball and all divisions of softball. He has also umpired in District, Section, and State championship softball tournaments in all levels. In 2007 Paul was selected to umpire the inaugural Eastern Regional Senior Softball tournament. Paul returns this year as an alumnus. In 2008 he umpired in the Eastern Regional Junior Softball tournament held in Syracuse, NY.

Salvatore Brancato District 7 Connecticut Salavatore has been a Little League volunteer umpire for 21 years. He has been to the umpire school in Bristol, Ct. He has umpired many state and sectional games in both baseball and softball. In 2004 he umpired the Little League Softball Eastern Regional in Albany, NY.

Rick Rogan District 8 Massachusetts Rick is a former Umpire-in-chief of Mass District 11. He has been umpiring baseball and softball for 31 years. He is certified for Little League, Babe Ruth baseball, and ASA softball. Besides District games, Rick has umpired in 8 State tournaments in all divisions of Little League and ASA softball. Rick has umpired the Mass and Rhode Island Little league baseball state tournaments, the Eastern Regional baseball tournament in Bristol CT, and the 2007 Senior League Softball Eastern Regional tournament in Worcester, MA. He has umpired in the Little League Softball World Series at the major division in Portland OR, and the senior division in Roxanna, DE. He has appeared on ESPN Twice, as well as numerous appearances at the Cooperstown Dreams park tournament.

John Mullin, Jr., District 28 Pennsylvania John has been a volunteer umpire for Little League Baseball and Softball for 20 years and currently serves as the umpire-in-chief for District 28. He answered an ad in the local paper, "volunteer umpire wanted", and hasn't looked back since. John has umpired all divisions of baseball and softball, from the minors through to the Big League level. He counts among his umpiring experiences working the 2003 Big League Softball and 2008 Little League Softball Eastern Regional Tournaments. In 2004, John and his wife, Allison, drove to Michigan so he could umpire in the Big League Softball World Series. Umpiring in front of 4500 people is a thrill he will never forget. John has attended umpire school in Bristol, Connecticut and the clinic in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Michael Revette District 1New Jersey Michael started umpiring in 1994 at age 12. Since age 16 he has umpired for District 1, New Jersey - both softball and baseball. In 2004 District 1 selected Michael to do the plate for the 9-10 state softball championship hosted by District 1. In 2007, he was selected to do the finals for the state championship for the 10-11 softball state championship, hosted by Lincroft, New Jersey. Michael has worked numerous sectional tournaments and district final games. He also umpires ASA and middle school games within the state. Mary Stanton – District 4 Massachusetts Mary began volunteering in youth softball in 1989 as a coach. Her umpiring career began in 2000. She has umpired in all levels of softball at the district, sectional, and state tournaments. This year will be her second year umpiring the Eastern Regional Senior Softball Tournament.

Mike Goulet - District 5 Massachusetts Mike has been involved with the Grafton Little League for 17 years. He was ASA certified in 1981 and has been a Little League umpire for 12 years. Mike was also certified by the Worcester Area Board of Umpires in 2004. Mike has umpired in the district final and sectional softball games for District 4 for the last two years. Mike was with us in our inaugural year and returns this year as an alumnus.

Jay Kelley District 4 Massachusetts Jay has been umpiring softball for 5 years. He has umpired games at the Major, Junior, and Senior level, as well as at the High School level. He holds certificates as both a High School and ASA umpire. He is a member of the Worcester Area Baseball Umpire Association. Jay worked in the 2007 District, Sectional and State Softball Tournaments. This year he will return to the Eastern Regional Senior Softball Tournament as an alumnus.

Ken Rauktis Sr. District 5 Massachusetts Ken has umpired softball for 18 years and baseball for 11 years. He has umpired both sports for Little League, High School and College level games. In addition, Ken has umpired numerous All Star Tournaments for both baseball and softball at both the district and state levels. Ken was with us in our inaugural year and returns as an alumnus.

Wayne Parslow District 4 Maine Wayne has been umpiring Little League Baseball and Softball for 13 years. He has been the Assistant Umpire in Chief for Maine District 4 Softball for the past 7 years. Besides his league games, Wayne has done the State Championships in six different levels: Major, Junior and Senior in both Baseball and Softball. Wayne was chosen to Umpire the 2006 Junior Softball Eastern Regional held in Syracuse, New York. In 2007 Wayne was chosen to Umpire the 2007 Senior Softball Eastern Regional held here in Worcester, MA. Last Year Wayne was selected to Umpire in the 2008 Junior Softball World Series in Kirkland, WA.
